Chinese prison system is extremely brutal and it goes against the international human rights because of its infamous “labor prison camps” also China’s criminal justice system is known for being unjust most of the time (FlorCruz, 2012). China’s prison system is not at all fair to all and often goes against the human rights as China’s “re-education through labor” system puts the petty criminals behind the bars for minimal crimes for a pretty long time without a chance of court hearing.
